The two sessions was followed by a general discussion and ended with the following conclusions and decisions:
- The delay in performing the promises made in the Moolampilly package cannot be justified as the 2012 February 6th will be the fourth year that evicted families lost their lands and houses. And also noted that the Dream Project - Vallarpadam Transshipment was commissioned nearly one year before. The authorities are showing no interest to rehabilitate them as promised.
- KCYM will continue with the fight for Justice for the evicted families along with the Moolampilly Rehabilitation Committee with the slogan "Implement Moolampilly Package as Promised"
- The Kerala State Government should immediately act with time frame to create basic needs like Road, Water, Electricity etc. connection to the land distributed to the rehabilitated families and the District Governance should be proactive for this matter
- The 12% of income tax to be deducted from the rehabilitation amount should not be collected from the rehabilitated family.
- The State Government should find the means for the assurance given in the Moolampilly package - A job for a person from each of the evicted family.
