Archdiocesan Unit Presidents and Secretaries meet was held on Sun Jan 30th, 2011 at 2.30 pm in Youth Centre, Ernakulam. The meeting started with the welcome and introduction speech by Adv. Dileep Antony, Educational forum Convenor. Mr. I M Antony President, KCYM Archdiocese of Verapoly presided the meeting and the handed over the Booklet - 'How to work in Units, Forums? etc..' Unit Pravarthana Margarekha. Rev. Fr. Joseph Oliparambil motivated the leaders. Shine Antony, General Secretary, KCYM Archdiocese of Verapoly handled the sessions on the following topics 1. 'Duties and Responsibilities of Unit & its Executives' 2. 'About various KCYM Forums & How to form the Forums'. With the vote of thanks by Mr. Rony Antony, Arts Forum Convenor, Archdiocese of Verapoly the meeting was dispersed.
